Daily Weight Loss Todos

1. Drink at least 8-10 cups of water per day
2. Eat a healthy breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up

4. Eat a healthy lunch that includes lean protein and vegetables
5. Have a mid-afternoon snack, such as yogurt or veggies with hummus
6. Eat a healthy dinner that includes lean protein, vegetables, and complex carbohydrates
7. Monitor portion sizes and aim to eat until you are satisfied, not overly full
8. Get at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise, such as walking or cycling, per day
9. Optional: short strength training session, such as bodyweight exercises or using resistance bands
